Through his experience, he found a way that he can keep things in balance and still have time for his personal time with God. While this book is written primarily for those in ministry, the model can be applied to anyone. The discussion questions at the end of each chapter make it possible to read the book as a group study or for individual study. It is a good prevention book and also a book of hope if life is already out of control.
